You'll be able to feel like you fit in, but you don't have to go the extra mile. This is just one of the things that you can do.
You could also go with your gut feeling and stay with it because you think that you have an opportunity to grow with the company. This means that you use your goals to motivate you to be better. You will find that your self-motivation will be what pushes you to go on, even when it really gets tough.
